National ICT was formed in 2001 on founder Mr C Brown’s vision of building a service and repair agency focused on unparalleled service, customized solutions, and outstanding results.
Having looked at the industry when we formed the company, we decided that there was a distinct lack of quality repair shops in our area. Having then looked around discovered that actually there was a lack everywhere! We tested some of our local competitors and found out that they were not going through the processes to find the fault but actually just doing the quickest trick for temporary repair, this leading to short lived usage, and recurring repair bills.
We also discovered that some repair places would do a repair and then leave certain things that would require a return visit. The return visits would incur a small fee but nonetheless a fee that was not wanted. Finally some technicians would use repair methods that would destroy components and blame it on the environment. All these things we deemed as unacceptable. We wanted to offer a high level of service and repair, the kind that we would expect if we needed it.
2. Certified specialists
Without a thorough knowledge of Computer and network technologies and confirming this knowledge, it can have a detrimental effect on your business. The competence of our specialists is confirmed by certification.
At National ICT we train very hard to ensure that we are qualified to serve our customers with the highest level of skill. Constantly learning new technologies and taking certification to enforce that knowledge. We train our staff in the ways we have found best and quickest, to deliver competent service to our customers. Our staff are expected to continue to improve their knowledge through learning.

We are proud that we can fix almost any model of a computer, laptop, phone or tablet. We always have a lot of spare parts, monitors, motherboards and many other components.
We will undertake repairs on all popular brands in today’s market. We offer repair on Notebooks, Towers/Desktops from any major brand or from a bespoke system builder. We also offer repair on most popular brands of Tablets and Phones. We also assist with network issues, hard wired and wireless.
